What is Holistic Healing?

Holistic Healing involves deep analysis to how your body is presenting, along with looking at your diet, what you drink, any bad habits that need support, whether work, people, mindset or emotions are getting in the way of your health and happiness. After the consultation, you get to relax in a beautiful calming space with very gentle acupuncture that shifts stuck energy in your body. You may be prescribed a supplement, tissue salt or Chinese herbal medicine formula depending on your presentation. Every consultation is unique to what your body needs. Metaphysical Holistic Healing

Metaphysical holistic healing refers to how the signs and symptoms of the body are speaking to you. Here are some examples taken from Louise Hay’s Heal Your Body which explains the mental causes for physical illness and the metaphysical way to overcome them.

Cough – A desire to bark at the world. “See me! Listen to me!” Affirmation to remedy: I am noticed and appreciated in the most positive ways. I am loved.

Fatigue – Resistance, boredom. Lack of love for what one does. Affirmation to remedy: I am enthusiastic about life and filled with energy and enthusiasm.

Gum Problems – Inability to back up decisions. Wishy-washy about life. Affirmation to remedy: I am a decisive person. I follow through and support myself with love.
