Pre-Conception Care in my Planter Pot

Gazing upon my humble balcony micro-garden this morning, I could not believe my eyes! The tomato vines were dotted with tens of green, healthy fledgling tomatoes. Amazing!

“Look deep into nature, and you will understand everything better.”

Albert Einstein

Last year I grew this tomato plants parent without a crop. I don’t think the soil was fertile enough. The plants themselves grew strong, but bore no fruit.

Fertile ground; the tomatoes grew naturally in my planter box from the fertile soil which had been prepared aka pre-conception care.

Those plants were store-bought. The unusually warm weather this year germinated random tomato seeds in my flower box.  These self-germinated tomato plants grew happily with abundant fresh air, sun not to mention occasional compost feed, seaweed plant feed and adequate water.

What is Pre-Conception Care?

Pre-Conception Care is taking the time, focus, thought and action into preparing yourself for pregnancy, in the most healthy and mindful way. A wonderful way to give your child the best start to life.

Importance of Pre-Conception Care

A beautiful experiment to confirm that preparation in conception is the key to success.

When we prepare our body with good nutrition, acupuncture, herbs, minerals, natural sun, fresh air, water, time and faith; a strong healthy baby is most likely to come.

Nature, the beach, healthy and living well. Healthy people make healthy babies.

This applies to both the man and woman, and makes sense.

Being mindful about what we do, eat, drink, work, live and love can make a huge difference to ourselves and our future.

To our soil (uterus and endometrium) which sows the seed.

When having acupuncture and Chinese herbs for pre-conception care, expect to have treatment for 3 to 6 months for optimal results.
